Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.1) Our 30-Day Returns Policy

We offer 30 Days Returns Periods on all our products – WE WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

It’s a no quibble policy and you can use the product up to 30 days after the order has landed with yourself. Basically, if you’re not happy with what you see, you can return for a full refund for the product.

Please note:

  • The cost of returning the product is covered by yourself
  • The refund is for the product only, not the postage out to you unless you use your statutory right to cancel within the 14 day statutory returns period (if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item).
  • You have another 14 days to return the package 
  • You should allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the products.

What to do if you want to return the product under 30 days

  • Contact the team either by email on allaboard@chilli-tech.com or via Facebook Messenger before your 30 day Return period ends (the 30 days start as soon as your package has landed with yourself)

Warranties
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality and distributed direct from the Factory to yourselves and as such we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A 1 year warranty is offered on all products. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects. Chilli Tech (Europe) Ltd reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel.

What happens if my product is faulty?

We create a lot of videos on our Video Playlist on YouTube to help our customers resolve different issues & problems.

We see many cases where it is either user error or not taking the time to watch the videos on how to use a product.

Please see the Playlists for the products we have & make sure you understand how to use / manage your product:

  1. Options if your product is under 30 days and is faulty

           a) You have the option for a full refund and we will cover the cost of your postage for the return faulty uni

           b) You can send the faulty unit back, we will replace and cover the cost of your postage for the return faulty unit.

       2. If your product is over 30 days but under 6 Months. Contact the team and we'll organise the return and replacement of the product. 

       3. If the product is over 6 Months and under 12 Months, please first contact the team via Facebook Messenger on our page first to check if the product is faulty and then return to the below address with your details inside the package so we know it's from you. We will replace the product if faulty.
